I was going to have my first (non-intro) post about my January new recipe success, but I went to Sunday brunch in Cambridge today when inspiration hit! I flipped open the menu to see "Stuffed Brioche French Toast" with Nutella, candied filberts, and torched bananas. Um, french toast? Nutella? bananas? I'm in! So this is going to be a short(er) inspiration post. I've never made French Toast at home, but I really want to, and this motivates me even more!
